See the Harrelson Family Book Blog for an update on my list of favorite books! I've read other good ones, but the ones I wrote about are at the top of the list. More to come, as I just finished the Hunger Games series and am on to exploring some of Tom Robbins' works. Its sure to be an interesting adventure, to say the least!

Why I'm Here

To sum it up, I created this blog for my family. Sure, I'll blog my own thoughts on here occasionally I'm sure, but I miss my fam, and we're able to keep up with each other a little better on here. Aunt Sandy started us a family book club. Sadly, most of the books I read these days are textbooks or scholarly articles pertaining to engineering and geology. BUT I definitely am going to do my best to be a part of the book club! That sounds like a little more fun than reading textbooks... :)

My first destination in the book world is to delve into the many works of Tom Robbins. He is my sister Meg's favorite author, and the first book I plan to read by him is Jitterbug Perfume. We'll see how it goes! I also have my eye on the Hunger Games, because I've heard a lot about that series lately. Lots of people have recommended I start that series before Tom Robbins. I'm interested to know what you think! Also recently read: the Harry Potter series and Water for Elephants. ♥ ♥ ♥

Here's to hoping that I get some spare time soon to start on some good books!
